Meline Markosian
Senior Product Researcher @ Eneco Research

A good quality of any UX researcher is the ability to carefully listen and take information in before making decisions. Sen is someone who I’ve come to know as someone who listens carefully and asks questions when things are unclear. In UX research is it of great importance to have this patience and ability to take information in. This coupled with her existing knowledge of research methodologies will give her great start in her future as a UX researcher.

Assistant Professor of Psychology @ Seattle University

Sen demonstrates a superior level of oral and written skills. Her contributions during discussions were outstanding, outshining many fellow students. Out of the students who have taken this course, Sen falls within the top 10% – she was among the best students I had in this class. She shows constant improvement even in areas she is already strong – receptivity to feedback is a positive sign for a good researcher.
Seeing Sen’s excitement for the topics and issues related to this area gives me great confidence this field of study is right for her. Beyond excitement, her formal background in psychology and her professional interests related to HCI, human factors, and UI/UX research speaks for itself. Her technical experience was almost entirely self-driven. Along with a bounty of technical certifications, alongside her formal training in psychology, Sen can thrive in UXR environments.
On a more personal side, Sen is simply a delight. She is easy-going, friendly, and wonderful to have around.
